Forty-two dwellings on a site that would ordinarily take a tower. Instead the scheme lays out a shaded pedestrian street, four storeys high, oriented to catch the evening wind. Every home has a loggia deep enough to be a room in summer. The ground floor is given over to shops, a nursery and a majlis, so that the street has a reason to exist after dark.
